After my first childbirth experience (where I was pressured into laboring on my back) I was determined to arm myself with the necessary information and resources that would allow me to feel more in control when I had my second baby. I'm passionate about helping other women feel more empowered in directing their birth experiences. Whether you are working with mothers who give birth at home, a birthing center, or a hospital, these cards were created to help remind women that “flat on your back” is not the only option — I want every woman to believe in and listen to her body!
