C) We make jewelry using, Moissanite or Sapphire or any other gemstones as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K and in Platinum. We can make it in White, Yellow, and Rose Gold. D) We will send you CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a completed ring.

3. How to take care of jewelry pieces?

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis. We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever A. Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume. B. Keep your ring away from chemicals. C. Do not get your ring in contact with Nail polish remover D. You can use Nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal. Use a soft brush to clean the stones, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry.

4. Can I change my address once item shipped out?

No, You cannot change the address once the item is shipped out, as Etsy doesn't have its own shipping facility, We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address. However, before shipping is done you can change the address by sending us a direct message on Etsy.

Yes, We do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. please send us an image and we will recreate it for you.

Yes, can ship to almost anywhere and everywhere around the globe. We give free economy shipping which takes 15-20 days time to reach you once the parcel is shipped out. ( Economy shipping is free ) We offer paid express shipping which takes 5-7 working days time to reach your doorstep. ( Express shipping will cost you USD: 45 ) We are not liable to pay any taxes or duties or any charges imposed by the buyer's country. Note: This time is only estimated time, we do not have any control over actual delivering time. It is purely depended on the shipping company
