❊IMPORTANT: As many of you already know, dream-inducing herbs do in fact tend to taste quite bitter to the palate. As most powerful plant-remedies aren't intended by nature to be pleasant and call for mindless consumption.
We did do our best to make it more sweet and mellow with the chamomile, give it some fruity hints with the hibiscus and lemongrass, the latter of which also adds some freshness. We love this blend!


Consume this tea ideally 60 to 30 minutes before going to bed, preferably not on an overly full stomach.
For best effects, consume the tea on a regular basis.

❊HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO USE TO HAVE DESIRED EFFECTS?
One generous teaspoon per cup of water makes a good cup of Dream Well tea.
As a general guideline, the stronger (read, longer) you brew the tea, the stronger the effects will be.
Do take note of the fact that the stronger you brew this tea, the stronger the taste will be as well. It is also good to know for inexpert herb-users that it is exactly the bitter herbs in this tea that have the strongest dream-inducing effects.

Not every-body reacts the same to anything, so please do keep into mind that it might take you some experimenting with quantities and steeping times to get the right brew for you :)

Excellent products and the delivery was extremely fast. I would definitely recommend to purchase here. the quality is just perfect. I tried this tea just once so i probably need to take it more longer in time to see results. but i was surprised because I noticed that I had more dreams than usual. To note, it is indeed bitter but with some natural stevia powder it helps. Also I would recommend to not take it on an empty stomach.

thank you for your detailed review dear Luisa :) And yes, dream inducing herbs are by default bitter, this blend is formulated with some aromatic herbs as well to balance the taste, but definitely adding some sweetner of choice can make it easier on the palate.
