Presenting a beautiful stretch satin covered headband, which is 2.5 cms in width at the widest part approximately. Wonderfully flexible and easy to wear, this headband won't pinch, but if you're worried get in touch and we can take your head measurements to ensure a good fit.

These items are made to order (unless otherwise specified) and take hours of work, please refrain from ordering several different styles “to try” and then return, but do get in touch if you would like advise choosing and we will be happy to help.

Please note that we do offer a colour swatch service for both the UK and the rest of the world from which you can order fabric swatches to be sent out for just the cost of postage, as everything is made to order in the shop it will speed up your order greatly to choose from the swatches rather than ordering multiple headbands when you only need one but are not sure of the colour or fabric. Most items will come out with a tag on – please be aware if the tag is removed the item cannot be returned. Custom and personalised orders are not returnable, but please get in touch if you have any problems.

Returns

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item if you intend to return it. We allow 14 days from the date of receipt of the headpiece for UK item and 30 days for rest of the world to return it to us, our returns requirements are that it is returned properly packaged to prevent damage in the post, it is unworn/as new condition and has not had the tag tampered with in any way. Please double check it will meet these requirements before returning as we cannot accept a return that does not. Once it arrives back here we'll check it over and refund you for the item.

We do not accept returns on pierced earrings, but please get in touch if you have a problem

Express Shipping

Please note if you need your item urgently we can sometimes offer express dispatch and shipping, but do get in touch with us first before purchasing to make sure we are able to meet your time scale.


Combined shipping

We do offer combined shipping if you put all your items in your basket/cart before purchase Etsy will combine shipping automatically for you, in some cases where items take different amounts of time to be created the dispatch period may be extended.
