♥PRODUCTION TIME
Our current production time is 8-10 business days and we ship your order as soon as it’s ready. We can’t guarantee when you will receive your order, once the package is in the hands of the postal service, it’s out of our control. You can select your shipping method upon check out. You will receive an email with tracking information. I suggest ordering at least 3 weeks before your items are needed.

USPS Priority Mail has an estimated transit time of 2-5 business days. USPS Regular Mail has an estimated transit time of 2-10 business days. Please, note that these times are after you received your shipping notification. Carrier may experience delays during the Holidays. Shipping is only available within the US.

♥RETURN POLICY
Due to handmade and personalization or our products, we do not accept return, exchanges or cancellations.

If your item is defective or if the wrong item was received, contact us immediately. Customer must include photos of the issue for review. Provide pictures in order to evaluate the issue within 48 hours of arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Also include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

♥EXCEPTION / NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders and/or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, eye mask and/or face mask).
