All our jewelry comes ready to give in a beautiful jewelry box made in Germany wrapped in organza bag.

-Keep your jewelry in the original package or in a box, away from heat, natural sunlight and humidity. -Use only a polish cloth. Avoid using liquids and soaps. Remove jewelry before doing sports,showering/bathing in the beach/in the pool and before going to bed. Avoid wearing your jewelry when using chemicals, soaps and creams.

I have not received my package.

All packages are sent by REGISTERED Mail with a TRACKING NUMBER. You can check the status of your order when you go to Account > Purchases and reviews > Find your order. Courier will deliver the package to your address. If you are not available please, go to your local postal office with the tracking number and the package will be there. Refunds regarding an item that has not yet been received are issued only after 2 months have passed since shipping. In case of a claim of faulty item refund will be issued as soon as the goods have been returned to us and we have checked them ourselves.

I accidentally put the wrong address.

Please, double check your address BEFORE ordering. Once we send your order we are unable to change your shipping address. In this case your postal office will returt the package to us marked as "unclaimed" or as "unable to deliver/wrong address. To reship a package we will send you a listing to pay for shipping even if you orderer in a free shipping sale (we can´t take charge of your mistakes, shipping is not free for us and we need to repackage your order).

- If the customer wants to return the item for personal reasons (for example the customer does not like it in person), he is always responsible for any return shipping costs (shipping and customs) and will receive a refund for the price of the item ONLY. If the items have been sent with free shipping, the refund will be minus the shipping charges! - If the reason that the customer wants to return the item comes from our mistake we will gladly take it back and refund 100% of the total cost (price + shipping cost).

How to Return or Exchange

To return an item in any of the two cases above, please follow the instructions below: In order to receive a refund, you have to: - Return the item in perfect condition unused and undamaged! - Make sure to use a bubble wrap bag or envelope with REGISTERED mail and TRACKING NUMBER for safe delivery because if you send a big package it will go through customs check and I won't get it unless you pay an extra fee. - Make sure that you do not write the cost on the envelope or bag because it will go through customs check and again you will need to pay a big fee for me to receive it! The refund will ONLY take place shortly after the reception of the item.

This ring is gorgeous. Saw it one day cruising around Etsy and favorited it for a time when I wanted to just do something nice for my wife. Well, one day I decided to show it to her and get her sized. Thinking back, I was maybe prompted by it being discounted in an email I received. So, we got her sized and I ordered the ring. But, oops! I forgot to apply the discount that I was prompted by in the email. Messaged the seller and he quickly and happily refunded the difference. Super cool! Fast forward, received the ring but it was just a smidge too big, a half size. I’m in California and he’s in Bulgaria so I was frustrated at the thought of this return. But no problem for Zlatan!! He provided me an address in the States to return the ring and then shipped me the new one, correctly sized. My wife LOVES IT! Awesome seller!!!
