Processing and shipping times

All of our physical items are made to order. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product. You can find the estimated processing time in each individual listing. Please note that these estimates may change during busy seasons or holidays.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or alteration requests once your order has been delivered. If you have any special requests or preferences, please send us a message before or shortly after placing your order. We can only accommodate requests that are communicated during the production process, and we'll always do our best to fulfill them whenever possible.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Since each item is custom made and/or personalized, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen from time to time. If that's the case, please reach out to our customer support within 6 days with a photo and a description of the issue, and we'll do our best to fix it.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the large number of orders we process each day, we're unable to provide photos or digital mock-ups before production or shipment. We carefully create each item according to the personalization details you provide, so please double-check your customization information before submitting your order.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed in transit, lost, or stolen. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they have the most up-to-date tracking information and can assist with locating your package. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier to request the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. If you believe your package was stolen, you may also wish to file a mail theft report with your local law enforcement agency.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If an order is returned to the sender/seller by the shipping carrier for any reason (such as an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or a delivery issue), the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order to help avoid delays or additional shipping charges.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays, especially during busy holiday seasons or periods of high shipping volume. While tracking information often includes an estimated delivery date, these estimates are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Because shipping is handled by the carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are unable to offer refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays. If your package appears to be delayed, please contact both us and the shipping carrier so we can assist you in locating your order whenever possible. Please note that returns are not accepted due to shipping delays.

How do I print my editable template?

You can: 1. Print from your home 2. E-mail your files to a local copy center such as Staples, Costco, FedEx, Office Depot 3. Upload your files online and print using an online printer such as https://printsoflove.com/the-sunshine-garden/
