Handmade Patchwork Quilt: Funky Scrappy Cotton Blanket (81x81)

Find a corner, grab a book, get under a quilt.

This version of my random patchwork quilts features quirky fabric choices. The basics of blue, red, green, yellow and beige are merely a backdrop for some bright purples, pinks and lime greens. The combination conjures up an old rag quilt from someone's grandmother's attic. The old look now has the modern strength provided machine stitching and quilting.

The quilt in the photo is an example of a Funky Random. Yours, although newly made, will be quirky and striking and just as unique. Certainly OOAK!

Quilting is done on my Pfaff Grand Quilter machine. Each quilt takes 4-6 weeks to complete.

Machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle with a gentle detergent. Tumble dry on a gentle setting. Throwing a towel in with the washing and drying will help the quilt be fluffy.
