Custom and personalised orders

I love to create Custom and personalised items/orders. I however am not able to accept returns or refunds on a custom order as I am unable to resell custom items.

All my items offer sizing options. Most of my patterns come in sizes from Newborn to 1 year and my finished crocheted items are available in newborn to 2 years sizes. The embroidered/ stitched items can be available in various other sizes. Please read the description of the particular item you are looking at for the sizing. Any questions/ confusion, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am just an email away.

I always add care instructions with any items I send out. Most of my items are washable at warm/gentle wash. Please don't iron/ tumble dry/ bleach crocheted items. For all my cotton dresses/ skirts the universal cotton care instructions apply.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am always happy to send gift items straight to a friend, or family member, just let me know if you would like a special greeting added. I do not normally gift wrap, as this often takes the parcel over the next price bracket for postage, however, if you would like this, please contact me and I can let you know of any additional costs.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and signed for service unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. I cannot be held responsible for the wrong addresses that are provided to us. Please make sure to check your address and update it as needed. If you however would like the item to be shipped directly to someone you are gifting the item to, please leave a note with your order or message me with the address details of the recipient.

Custom and personalised orders

Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause (these items are randomly chosen so there is no telling which one will take longer to clear customs) If there is a duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due. UK parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until after 15 working days after the expected delivery date.

Problems with an order

I appreciate your business and will do whatever I can to make everything right. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, please contact me before leaving a review or filing a claim. I will be happy to work with you.

No shoes are included with size 12-18 months or 18-24 months size, for health and safety reasons as babies do start walking by that age.

All material used to make this baby set is of the highest quality. All my products come from a smoke and pet free home.

LENGTH: Measure from the shoulder down to the knee. My standard sizings are 12" for 0-3 Months, 13" for 3-6 months 14" for 6-9 months and 15" for 6-12 months.

Turn Over time: Made to order items can take up to 10 working days depending on the orders I already may have. I will dispatch it as soon as possible and update the shipping details as soon as I do with the tracking number.

Other colours as per customer's choice are available.
