Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome! I'll be glad to create a prodict especially for you. You can also order standart sweater or cardigan with longer or shorter sleeves. Please contact me before making order. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your item for any reason, you should send it back in the same condition during within 7 days after delivery date. Please, send items in their original condition, unused, unwashed, in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: we apply 15% restocking fee charge for returning an item. Once we've received an item, a refud will be issued to your PayPal account. Return shipping costs pays buyer. Custom orders are non-refundable.

All our items can be washed by hands or in machine. When machine-washing, always turn your knits inside out before adding to your machine (this will help prevent pilling), and always go for the cool, wool-wash setting. If you don't have a specific wool-wash setting, stay cool; go no hotter than 30°C. Avoid shrinking & warping by carefully drying your knitwear. Let it dry on a flat surface.

If you are unhappy with your purchase - please write to me and we will solve the problem. Unfortunately, in our store, you cannot cancel the order. Please carefully read all descriptions and rules before you make a purchase. Exchange of goods - is impossible. Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you: - have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order. - have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

Refunds, exchanges, cancellation

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances. All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense. 1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions. 2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back 3. No refunds for custom orders. 4. No refunds for items from section Sale. 5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment. 6. No refunds for unclaimed packages. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below: 1.
