I don't accept returns or exchanges. As many items are purchased by brides for their weddings, I want to assure brides that I don't send items that someone else has worn. I will gladly offer a replacement or instructions for an easy repair if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact me with photos as soon as receiving your damaged item. USPS is no longer returning “Return to Sender" packages. Will be returned to you.

Packages Sent to Incorrect Address

Orders will ship to the address listed on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. If the item is returned to me, you will be responsible for the 're-shipping' fees.

For US Customers, tariffs are included in the price and no further taxes we be due when your package arrives. Tax for UK/Switzerland/Australia/NZ/EU on Low Value Goods is collected by Etsy. For example, in the UK, if over £135, you will pay the tax and duty on arrival--NOT when ordering. I send most of my jewelry in a box with ribbon but french hook earrings and chain necklaces are usually sent in organza bags on jewelry cards. If you would prefer a box, please leave a note in the comment box when you check out. If you require separate boxes for each item, please ask. To cut down on packaging and waste, may send more than one item per box. Please help on packaging going to the landfill. The exception is multiples for a bridal party which do come in separate boxes.

After each wear, gently wipe make-up and skin oils off with a polishing cloth. Don't wear jewelry in hot tubs, pools or the ocean. Keep perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, lotions and other chemicals off your jewelry. Every few wears, rinse piece with luke warm water and gently dry with polishing cloth. Store your clean, dry jewelry in a zip lock bag or air-tight container to prevent tarnishing. Take your jewelry off before bed.😊

If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving negative feedback as I don't know there is a problem if I haven't been advised. However, I hope you will respect that your item was handmade for you and don't demand that I accept your return or threaten me if I'm unable to accommodate your request or exchange. I do not respond to emails tied to my PayPal account as it will most likely end up in spam. This shop is a one-woman home-based business and I don't have any "staff" to assist me.

International orders are sent with tracking. I cannot control how long it will take to deliver your package, so please be patient and allow plenty of time for it to arrive in your country. International buyers are responsible for any delay due to items being held in customs. Package delivery time depends on efficiency of your Customs or local post office so please follow along on the tracking associated with your order.

Missing/Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for a package after the postal system says “delivered.” It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a secure mailbox and to track down the missing package or file a local police report if they feel that it was stolen.
