Gift wrapping and packaging

Some items can be gift wrapped however, because we use a print provider, not all of our items will have the ability to gifted with customized notes or wrapping. Please note that any listing marked as used with print production cannot be gift wrapped.

When do my items ship?

🦎 In House Printed Goods 🦎 Items: Stickers, Decals, Jewelry Our handmade items made In House typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday - Thursday. During Holiday season, please give an additional 2 days for order fulfillment. Friday orders will be shipped out Monday morning. 🐍 Production Partner Goods 🐍 Items: Tees, Hoodies, Mugs, Blankets, Tumblers All items that are marked as having production assistance vary on shipping times. Because these items are printed upon order, items can take between 3-7 days to be printed and shipped. If you purchase items that are both In House and have a Production Partner, your items will ship separately. Please check your messages as you will receive an additional tracking number.

🐊 Damaged Items or Quality Issues 🐊

Sometimes things happen and your item arrives damaged or has an issue with quality. If you have any problems with items that arrive in less than stellar condition, reach out to me ASAP! Please provide a photo of the damage, and I'll work with you to either get a new item created and shipped or simply give you a refund.

🐢 Why is international shipping so expensive for a sticker / decal? 🐢

Anytime you ship items internationally and use rigid mailers, whether they are envelope shape or package, they automatically are classified as a package and are subject to those costs. I realize those fees are highly expensive to ship a decal or sticker, however, I want to ensure that you can track and monitor your purchase and have Etsy's Protection Plan in case some goes awry.

🦎 My item is late and I want a refund. 🦎

Fatty Pancake is not responsible for third party delays in delivery service. If your item is delivered outside Etsy's estimated delivery date, you can initiate the Etsy Buyer Protection Plan which covers delays in delivery. To begin the process, you will need to send us a Help Request Ticket first. After 48 hours of the initial request, you will have the option to "Open a Case". Simply follow the instructions, and Etsy will review the case you submitted and will message you with the results. If your item is lost or damaged, please contact me ASAP. I will review and work at getting you a replacement!

🐍 What are your stances on AI art? 🐍

Fatty Pancake does not support the use of AI to generate art or creative works as we believe it is unethical, not just for environmental reasons, but also as it deliberately works to diminish human created content. All artwork on our products are 100% human created. Zero prompts involved!

🐊 Do you ship to the EU? 🐊

As of August 12th with the passing of the PPWR laws, we have suspended all sales to the EU until a resolution is made regarding small businesses and creators. The fees to register for all countries is too high for Fatty Pancake to sustain, thus I cannot continue to sell to those countries. Currently, I will continue to ship to the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Hopefully these laws will be amended in the future to be more accommodating to businesses under certain thresholds.
