Please let us know and we will make sure we had the correct address. There is not really anything we can do on our end once USPS has your package in their possession. We offer priority shipping which provides insurance, but you will have to request that. Our suggestion and for best results is for you to contact your mail person or postmaster at your post office. We will not replace an order that tracking was shown to have been delivered to the address we were given when you ordered.
