Personalization is an option for stationery sets and notepads! Simply enter the details in the personalization box before adding to cart. Personalizations will be done in the style shown in the listing photos. In order to cut down on processing time, personalized orders do not include proofs. Your personalized order will be produced in 1-2 business days.

Processing and Shipping

Processing times for orders are 1-3 days, unless you made a custom order. USPS usually gives a good estimate for when your order will arrive, but they are still just estimates. Once the order leaves my hands, I have no control over it and it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Any delivery issues are to then be resolved between the carrier/customer. I can do my best to help with tracking but I'm not responsible for filing a lost package claim or re-sending a package. Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address is current and correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, shipping is not refunded. If the buyer opts to have the order reshipped, they are responsible for reshipping cost.

If you are looking for a number of greeting cards or any other product that is larger than what is available on Etsy, please message me or email me at hello.finchflowerpaperie@gmail.com--I may have the materials on hand to create a larger order for you! This would also apply if you are looking for a large set of various greeting cards! Just get in touch with me and we can work out the quantity you need and pricing! If I don't have quite enough materials for a larger order for you, I will give you an estimate on when I should have them. **Large quantity orders are subject to a deposit of half the total cost of your order.

Keep in mind for time-sensitive orders, USPS's estimated arrival dates are NOT guaranteed for any class of mail. By placing an order that is time-sensitive, the buyer acknowledges that their order may not arrive when they need it and the seller is not responsible for delays. Personalized/custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. I will only issue refunds if there has been a gross error in the personalization/customization on my part. If you receive a flawed item (something intrinsically wrong with the product; ex. a flaw in the print job) proof must be provided to receive a refund. Please send photo(s) through Etsy messages. If a package was damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with their PO.
