You may return your item as long as it is unworn and in brand new condition for resale. I will not be able to refund the initial shipping cost of the order, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once item is received, we will refund the initial amount costs, as long as the items are unworn and in brand new condition. We do not accept returns on custom sized orders. YOU MUST CONTACT AND SHIP YOUR RETURN WITHIN ONE WEEK OF ARRIVAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is not a rental company. We will not accept returns after one week of delivery due to the handmade nature of our products.

No refunds will be given for items that show as delivered. Please triple check your address to make sure it is correct. If for some reason your item has not shown up, and tracking shows it is delivered please contact USPS. Once we ship an item, it is in USPS hands and not ours.

We will happily adjust sizing on your order! We can tailor to fit you. Message us with your measurements and we can can adjust for a perfect fit. There are no returns or refunds on custom sized products. Please be aware our shop does not do custom creations at this time.

International Shipments

International shipment times vary depending on the country. Please expect delivery time of 3-6 weeks. We put insurance on every international shipment and can file a claim after 40 business days. We will not refund for lost shipments until we are able to file an insurance claim. This process can take a few weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
