I ordered the CD “The gift of Inner Peace- relaxing into self-empowerment” recently and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s been just under a week since I got it and I have been playing it every night as I fall asleep and I have already experienced great results! I sleep much better and wake up feeling refreshed! (A feeling I haven’t had for quite awhile!) This CD really delivers on its promise! I highly HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has sleep issues or wants to improve their meditation practice. It’s a winner! Thank you to Connie Foreback-Boyer and her team at the Center for Human Potential for creating this wonderful CD!
