How long will my order arrive from the day it has been marked as shipped?

My item has been dispatched, and I am having trouble tracking my item online, how can I do this?

You will find your tracking number in your Etsy invoice (top right corner, usually starting with letters RA or RH, etc). Simply click the tracking number and it will direct you to the shipping company's website where your order's delivery is detailed. All packages sent from Germany are handled by the local post provider once it arrives to the destination country, and the same tracking number is used. So if you call USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Post Francaise, or your local post provider, they will be able to tell you where your package is. Often, you can arrange re-delivery.

How should I care for my shoes?

We recommend using a protective layer (spray or cream) to impregnate the leather, which will make it more water and dirt resistant and prevent salt-staining. Leather is a sensitive fabric, so please, even if you treat your shoes with a spray, avoid wearing them in rain. The protective layer will wear off with time, so remember to treat your shoes in a month or two, especially if wearing them daily. Please, note the soles of our ballet flats when new, may be slippery. On the first days of wearing them. Please be careful with smooth surfaces. Once the soles scratch slightly, you can wear the ballet flats as usual.
