Care should be taken to avoid exposing to chemicals and moisture for a long period of time. Remove before showering, doing dishes, swimming and exercising. If you start seeing visible oxidation of your silver jewelry, use a liquid silver cleaner or a polishing cloth to remove the darkish color. Another way to clean sterling silver, especially when you don’t have a silver cleaner or a polishing cloth at home, is toothpaste. Rub the toothpaste onto the silver and let it sit for 3-5 minutes then rinse off. You will see the shine comes back.

Gold plated jewelry needs to be handled with care. I recommend customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will cause your jewelry tarnish easily. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, harsh detergents, chlorine, salt water, and acids. In addition, try not to get rings scraped against countertops or rubbed against any hard surfaces. Store your jewelry in the complimentary gift boxes shipped with your order. To clean, gently wipe off any dirt or blemishes with a slightly damp, soft cotton cloth and dry with a clean kitchen towel. Stay away from silver cleaners or soap.

Solid gold jewelry is relatively easy to clean and maintain. 1) Remove your jewelry in a pool/a spa/a hot spring: exposure to chlorine, sulfur or other chemicals will weaken the gold and cause corrosion 2) try to minimize exposure to cleaning agents, beauty products and chemicals. They will leave a greasy film on metal and gemstones, causing your gold jewelry to appear dull 3) To keep its shine, soak the piece in a solution of 10-parts warm water and 2-parts MILD dish soap for an hour and clean it gently if needed. Rinse well and lay on a towel to dry 4) For solid gold rings, remove when you lift heavy things, work in a garden or exercise in a gym. Check ring prongs every 3-6 months.

Our rings are true to US standard ring sizes. If you are not sure about your size, you can go to a local jewelry store to get your finger measured, free of charge. Without going to the jewelers, you can contact us for a free ring sizer (buyer pays for shipping). If you would like to resize your ring, our resizing service typically falls within the price range of $55 to $75. However, please note that exact pricing may vary depending on the specific ring and resizing requirements.

If you are not satisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund instead. Contact me within 7 days and ship it back within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. If you pay for expedited shipping and then decide to return an item, your shipping cost will not be refunded. You will only receive a refund for the items that are being returned. If you need a label from us, a $6 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. It is a one time fee per order. Returns of 3 or more items will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All customized items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. All international sales are final.
