All items are made AFTER an order is received! Each jewelry piece is handmade and I strive to provide high quality items.

If you need an order of 3 or more pieces (necklace/bracelet/earrings) in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS, please send me an Etsy convo message to confirm I can meet your deadline!

Orders with 1-2 jewelry pieces normally ship 3-6 business days after purchase. Orders with 3 or more jewelry pieces will ship 1-3 weeks after purchase. I do shuffle wedding party orders based on the need-by date. If your event is not for several months, I will ship closer to your date. Delivery time is normally 2-5 days after the item is made and the is package shipped (within USA).

Open each item and click the green "Add to Cart" button. After the item is in your cart, specify the order details (pearl/gemstone/crystal color, chain type and chain length) in the "Note to MesmericJewelry". Please include a need-by date with the order details.

Please VERIFY the details you provide for each item! I am not responsible if an incorrect initial, spelling, date, or other detail is provided for a personalized item. Each item will be made exactly as you specified. There will be additional cost to replace/correct a personalized piece if you need a change after the order has been submitted.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please send me an Etsy message within 3 days of delivery. I want all of my customers to be happy with what I have created.

I will accept the return or exchange of non-personalized items and non-custom orders, but they must be sent back UNWORN and in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns on custom or personalized orders may not be accepted, depending on the item(s). A partial refund may be issued for personalized items that include a name, date or other customer-specific details.

Any refund will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

Please CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS provided. The pictures are taken to show detail, so you can see what each item really looks like. The up-close pictures can affect the size perspective of the item (it can seem larger when the image fills up an entire monitor).

Note that pictures cannot always capture the exact color of the piece; monitors/displays can affect the picture color.

Some of the items contain small charms that could be a choking hazard when removed from the chain. The pieces created in my shop are intended for adults and children over the age of 12. Children should NEVER be allowed to handle or wear jewelry unsupervised.

The stamped charms in my shop are created by hand by me (not a machine). Each disc is punched, buffed, stamped and polished; it is a messy and time consuming process.

Each charm is made-to-order and unique. There can be variations in the position and depth of each letter, number and design. The back of the charm can be slightly scratched/marred by the stamping process.

Black ink can be applied to the impression(s), or it can be left blank. Note: The black ink in the impression can lighten and wear off over time.

When describing the thickness of the charms, a wire gauge number is provided. The higher the number, the thinner the disc (lower numbers mean thicker discs). The round discs in my shop are 22 gauge or 20 gauge thick.

The gemstones used in my designs are genuine, but some have been treated and/or dyed. For this price range, these ARE NOT FLAWLESS gemstones (which can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars). I select nice looking stones for each order, but some WILL have small inclusions or fissures (cracks/lines). Each gemstone can vary in shape, size, color and finish. The PERIDOT, IOLITE and MOONSTONE gemstones have more inclusions and fissures than the other stones.

Hydo quartz is lab-created, using the process of Hydrothermal Synthesis. The materials used are the same as what nature uses to form quartz, but the process is faster and controlled. Hydro quartz is consistent in shape, size and color; it is almost flawless and more affordable!

Protect jewelry from scratching, chemicals, extreme temperatures, swimming pools, and intense sunlight. Do not wear over freshly applied perfume or lotion.

STERLING SILVER DOES TARNISH, especially if stored for months. Tarnish first appears as a golden hue and can eventually turn to black. The tarnish can be removed with a polishing cloth, silver cleaner or warm soapy water.

Fine silver is 99.5% - 99.9% silver (pure silver), and is generally too soft for most jewelry. Silver is usually alloyed with another metal to give it strength. Sterling Silver is an alloy containing at least 92.5% silver.

Gold-plated jewelry is composed of a base metal with a thin layer of gold deposited on the metal. Since the plating is quite thin, the plate can wear off.

Vermeil jewelry is composed of a sterling silver base that is coated or plated with gold. This plating is usually much thicker than ordinary gold-plate.

Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to an alloy base. Gold-filled items will not flake or chip like gold-plate (which can easily wear off).
