In the event your item is delayed in reaching you, we will of course help locate the item or after reasonable time and consideration for the delay has been allowed, we will issue replacements.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on personalised or custom items unless the product is defective.

On all other items - to obtain a refund you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and return the product to us within 14 days. To ensure a smooth returns process we ask that all items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received. We will examine the returned item and process your refund in a reasonable time, normally within 3 working days. We will notify you via Etsy message once your refund has been actioned.

All orders are sent to the address provided at the checkout and on the purchase order. If this needs to changed it can be done if the item has not yet been dispatched

If the item has been sent out you will need to repurchase again with the correct address.

If the item arrives back to us because of an address error, we will contact you at our first available opportunity. If you would still like your item, then payment for delivery will need to be re-made to cover the cost. The correct details must also be provided on this new transaction.

No refunds will be given for incomplete or incorrect address details being provided.

Notes left on orders at the checkout stipulating prefered delivery dates can not be accommodated for. Your order will be processed, by us, in accordance with the dispatch timeframes you have been offered at the checkout. From the point your order leaves us, it is in the hands of Royal Mail who's service is beyond our influence and control.

If you have placed an order with us and the provided dates don't suit your needs we ask that you direct message us, on Etsy, to cancel. We will gladly do this if the item has not at that point been prepared, printed or sent.
