Custom and personalized orders

We accept personalized orders on existing handmade products. Normally, if the item is customizable, you may see it in the drop-down menu. We can add a personalized greeting message of your choice. To add personalization, choose this option in the drop-down menu of an item and contact us with the phrase you want to add. We will send you the photo of the written message for approval before shipping.

We create my laser-cutting products with love and care. In case if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order (excluding Digital, Custom, and Personalized orders, and items on sale) by paying the return shipping cost. We do not accept exchanges for personalized items. Please, contact us with your concern about your order within 3 days after delivery, and we will do our best to come up with the solution.

Do you offer local pickup?

We are located in Sharon, MA (zip 0206). We do offer a pickup option for local orders. If you prefer a local pickup, contact us prior to placing your order to discuss the pickup time and make sure you are not paying the shipping charges.

I love your designs! Can you design something for me that is not in your shop yet?

Being a designer I love creating new unique things! Even if it is not in my current listings, I may already have something you are looking for or can work on it. Contact me describing what product you would like to have, what particular design you are looking for, and I will come back with a sketch of a design and a quote. ~ Darina.

Missing package marked as "Delivered".

If your package is listed as delivered but missing, follow these steps: - Check the address you entered upon checkout - it is a buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order; - Check your side door and your yard, ask your neighbor; - Call your local post office to see if they still hold the package. If not, they are able to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of the delivery; - File the missing package claim with the USPS; - File the missing package with the local police station. We are not responsible for the missing packages. If they are marked as "delivered", they cannot be refunded or replaced unless the buyer provides both the police report and the USPS report for the missing package.

Wrong shipping address upon checkout

If you entered the wrong shipping address upon checkout, contact us ASAP to make sure we apply the changes to the shipping address. It is a buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order. We ship to the address entered upon checkout. We are not responsible for a buyer's shipping address mistake. If the package gets back to us, a buyer is responsible to cover the re-shipping cost. If a package marked as "delivered", the order is considered to be fulfilled. To get a new item, a new full-priced order must be placed. Please, verify your address to receive your package.

What types of packaging you use?

Two words: Reuse and Recycle. We handmade all our packaging using cardboard pieces, cardstock sheets, and scraps. All these cute little boxes that you receive with your order - all of them were handmade specifically to the size of your signs and puzzles. We try to reuse as much cardboard and plastic packaging as we can. We encourage you to do the same: to reuse our packaging if possible and to recycle all that you don't need.

Is there a fee to make an ajustment for a custom design?

We make custom designs based on your descriptions. We do recognize that crafting is a creative process and sometimes the design needs to be adjusted for the current project or an idea in mind. We offer up to 2 free design adjustments to the initial one sent as a design mockup. All further changes to the design are $5.00 per 1 adjustment.

Working Hours and Processing Time

Darina's Crafts is a 1-person shop. My weekly schedule is: M-F: 11 am - 8 pm. Sun - Sat are reserved for family, but I do check messages and work on rush orders from 2 pm to 5 pm. Don't hesitate to send me a message any time you want. If you've reached me outside my working hours, you will receive an automated response. Usually, I try to answer all questions within 2 business hours. Often, I can answer right away. Mockups are usually sent within 24 hours of placing the order. Most orders are ready within 3-5 days. Contact me if you are not sure if the order will be able to reach you before a certain date.

Set of 2 beautiful Vintage Roses wood frame cutouts! Use them separately or create an astonishing 3D floral picture frame for your crafting projects. Style #LRFS203W.
This set is perfect for the wedding and family-themed crafting and photo display.
Laser cut from high quality 1/8'' or 1/4" birch plywood.

(1) Oval floral frame cutout with roses and leaves and inner oval shape for photos.
(1) Matching oval cutout with the solid wood center.

You will receive two SEPARATE pieces that are NOT glued to each other.
If you plan to glue them together, you may need to rotate the frames first to match the cutout shapes.

Sizes available from 5.5" up to 19.5".

Outer size (of the smallest frame): 5 and 1/2 by 4 and 3/4inches with the inner oval 3 and 3/4 by 3 inches.
Choose the size and thickness you need from the drop-down menu.

Choose between 1/8" (3 mm) or 1/4" (6 mm).
Note: for small crafting projects the most suitable thickness is 1/8"; for large wall decorations - 1/4".

The large frames are made to order. Please, allow 3-5 business days for production. This does not include holidays and weekends or shipping time.
Large frames will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground. Small cutouts - via USPS First Class Mail.
