Custom and personalized orders

All custom or personalized orders need to be paid in full at the time of placing the order. We can provide estimates of total cost before ordering. Custom orders can take varied amounts of time depending on workload, the need to order parts etc. We can provide a production time estimate before purchasing.

We can provide a limited variety of repairs. If an item has a problem within the first 90 days let us know. You pay for shipment to us, we cover repair and shipping it back (domestic only). Wear and tear repairs are at the cost of the buyer (repair and shipping). Contact us for an estimate if you need a wear and tear repair. Items sent for free repair that are wear and tear damage will require payment before the item is shipped back.
