Please keep in mind that all my Earrings, Necklace, Bracelet, and Pendant designs may vary slightly in color, size and shape they are individually hand crafted and designed by me. No two shells, beads, ocean glass, and semi-precious gemstones are exactly a like and each has its own unique combination of patterns and color that can vary and size are described (APPROXIMATE). All my sea glass is genuine ocean-tumbled that I collected on Molokai, Hawaii myself. It is NEVER machine tumbled. I match the sea glass, shell, bead, and semi-precious gemstones to the shape and size as close as possible. Spent shotgun shells have been cut, cleaned and polished to a shine. Shell casings may contain minor blemishes or scratches consistent of being fired.

Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation, and does not damage the silver. Tarnish can easily be removed, by rubbing the piece gently with a soft, treated polishing cloth. Polishing cloths may be purchased at local jewelry and department stores.
Never use silver cleaners on Pearls as they may lose their luster. You may wipe your jewelry off with a soft damp cloth.
Perfume, hairspray and perspiration may cause jewelry to become dull. Apply all cosmetics, perfume and colognes before putting on gemstone jewelry.
Do NOT use jewelry when swimming in chlorinated, thermal or salt water OR when showering. Also avoid wearing silver while exercising as this will cause sweat and other toxins, which can contribute to tarnish.

To ensure that your jewelry stays bright, keep it in an airtight container or a sealed bag like Ziplock. After each use quickly give it a clean with a dry cloth before placing into airtight bag or container.

All payments must clear prior to your item being shipped. Please verify the shipping address is correct during check out as this is the address your order(s) will be shipped to. All items come with tracking numbers, they will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships. I can NOT be responsible for packages that the USPS has marked as delivered by your local carrier but were not received. Your order is fully insured and if it does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact your local carrier for further assistance. I will ship within 1-3 business days, the delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

No refunds but I do accept exchanges: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, I will be happy to exchange of equal value. You must contact me within three (3) business days of receiving the item and PRIOR to shipping the item back. All returns MUST be postmarked and mailed back within (7) days of delivery. You will also be responsible for any and all costs incurred to ship the item back. YOU MUST OBTAIN A TRACKING NUMBER as proof of return. Exchange will be issued upon return of the item! If an item is returned and it appears to be used, damaged, altered or not in the original packaging NO exchange will be given.

If the order has not been shipped I can easily change the shipping address, just contact me. However, if the order has already been shipped to the wrong address there is nothing I can do until it gets sent back to me. If orders are returned to me because of an incorrect address buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If your item does not arrive or arrives damaged you must be willing to sign an affidavit in order to receive a full refund. This is a requirement from the insurance provider I use. MUST have a picture of damaged items(s). You will also be responsible for any and all costs incurred to ship the item back and YOU MUST OBTAIN A TRACKING NUMBER as proof of return as any items that do not have a tracking number and are lost in transit will NOT be refunded.
