Shoes were too small, but Macarena was generous in offering a few options for exchanging to a bigger size. I recommend trusting the posted shoe size rather than the suggestions for measurement. I generally wear a 7.5 or 8, but according to the sizing chart instructions, I was recommended to order a 7. It was too small to even get on my foot. Shoes are beautiful quality though! I'm excited to get the second pair that I ordered in a bigger size.

Love this shop!! Beautiful shoes and the best customer service I’ve experienced. Macarena helped me pick shoes that would actually fit my long narrow feet. She really did go above and beyond! I ended up returning the original pair I ordered for a pair that now fits perfect. The shoes do stretch so my feet at slightly longer than 10” fit into the 10” shoes perfectly. Already have my eye on several more pairs.
