Although we are UK based, we work with printing labs all over the world, in order to reduce shipping times, carbon footprint, and eliminate customs fees for most orders.

Our prints are all sold unframed - we have looked into it previously but found that it is much more cost-effective for the customer to purchase a frame separately rather than through us as the overheads were massive.

We get this question a lot! It’s very difficult to answer for someone else’s house/space, as it depends on so many factors (is it a gallery wall, a big blank space you’re wanting to fill, etc.?) In our home we tend to go for bigger statement pieces, they just make our hearts happy! Many people love gallery walls and fill them with several smaller prints. Pinterest is a fab source of inspiration for how to choose the right art to fit your space, and how to style a wall.

Generally, we don’t offer customisation on our prints. The colours you see on our prints are a result of (usually) many many iterations where we test out different colour combinations until we find one which feels right for that specific design. We have in the past made some exceptions, so if you have your heart set on something then please ask and we’ll let you know if it is possible or not.

The vast majority of orders arrive without a hitch, however we are humans working with a team of other (fabulous) humans, and on occasion there may be an issue along the way. Please know that everyone who handles your order is working hard to ensure that it arrives with you safely and promptly, and rest assured we will always take responsibility for ensuring that any and all issues are addressed and resolved promptly. If there are any issues, please get in touch with us, preferably with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll sort it out for you right away.
