Silhouette user: There's a big read box outside the image when I am about to cut.

You might've opened a png file. Please open svg or dxf (for silhouette basic).

NO cut lines showing on my Silhouette.

Don't forget to turn ON cut lines. Click vector then send. On the upper right there are options "no cut", "cut", and "cut edge"... Select CUT. If you are using version 3, use File>merge (instead of file>open) place the .studio3 file on the workplace in v3.

I am a pretty busy mom, so I could only add texts like family surnames and the like and will not be able to design from scratch. I apologize. Always message me first. Price depends on how easy/difficult the design will be. Thank you.

What file format will I receive?

You will receive 2 cut files for each design. These files are in SVG and DXF format. NO tracing is required. Cut lines are embedded into each file. You will also receive a PNG photo file. This is NOT a cut file. It has a transparent background. The file type you can use is dependent on the software you use.

I can not change colors on my file. I want to change the colors of some of the elements.

I usually make like colors in compound path to fix the position of the element/piece in the design. But if you need them just grouped (in pieces) message me and I can do it for you. I do this for my customers.

THERE IS NO SVG FILE!!!
