Do you combine shipping?

Yes! The price quoted for shipping is for one item only, but when you add multiple items to the cart the shipping charge will combine and you will pay only the flat rate shipping cost for the entire order to your country.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept for return for item(s) in the same condition as received within 14 days. If you are not happy with your purchase or if you have any questions please feel free to convo us. No refunds available for personalized order and used item. The product must be in an original condition that never been used even once due to nature of Veg-tanned leather.

I ship from USA to Worldwide. I don't make profit on shipping and your shipping payment is only a deposit. I will refund any excess to you once I actually ship the package. You'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Signature required upon arrival. I initially prefer a tracked delivery for transparency both for the buyer and the seller but there s no problem in changing the shipping method. Processing time is in addition to shipping time. For International orders, please note that delays may occur in customs. I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
