What if my parcel is lost, stolen or undeliverable?

Although very rare, there is always the possibility of a package being lost, stolen or undeliverable once posted. If you suspect this is the case, please contact us ASAP. Lost and stolen packages purchased without adequate insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to purchase additional insurance , please contact us prior to ordering so that we may adjust the shipping fees. Packages returned to 'CUT CUT SEW' as a result of an unsuccessful delivery attempt (and/or non-retrieval from your local post office) or incorrect address provided on your Etsy order confirmation, will be returned to us and we will notify you via email. Redelivery attempts will be charged to the buyer.

Are packages shipped insured?

All packages include the following insured amount. Canada: $50.00 Canadian US: $50.00 US If you would like to add additional insurance coverage, please contact us prior to purchasing (include your shipping address) and we will provide you with a quote for the additional insurance amount requested and upon approval, we will create a listing for you for the additional fee.

Will I be responsible for any customs or import fees?

Nope! All US & Canadian buyers will not be responsible for any customs or import fees.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to love your new fabric order! If you have received an incorrect item or there is a visible issue with the item(s) received, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will make things right. Aside from an error on our part (items not shipped as ordered) or a visible issue(s) with the item(s) received, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric has been cut, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for other products in the store.
