That hat has an adjustable plastic strap on the back. Recommended for 5yrs. and up.

Size: Adjustable from 19" - 22" circumference. Dimensions are approximate.

The text on the hats is not stitched, it is applied using a heat transfer material.

We can engrave anything you want on the whistle. Great gift for any occasion such as Weddings or Birthdays

Engraving can be a Personal Name on 1 side, Ring Bearer on another, and Date or leave blank on the 3rd side.

Whistle is 7.5" x 1.25" with 4 holes which produces an authentic train sound.

Please include the following information in the Note to Seller box at checkout:
1) Engraving for Side 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the Whistle
2) Text for hat

Default print color for text on the hat will be Neon Yellow. Other colors are available as shown in the listing pictures.

Not all sides of the whistles need to be engraved, that is your option.

When you order blank hat and or blank whistle, there is no print or engraving on either item.
