:: WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? ::

Please choose from the following options in the dropdown menu:

DIGITAL INVITATION ONLY
You will receive:
- 1x High Resolution JPG for you to send your Invitation out digitally to friends and family via text, email or Facebook. *Please note this is not an editable template or an instant download for you to edit. Please refer below under "The Process" heading for further details of my services.

PRINTABLE INVITATION ONLY
You will receive:
- 1x High Resolution PDF set up with 2 Invitations per page, complete with crop marks so you are able to print these onto an A4 (297mm x 210mm) size sheet and cut out.
*If you are from the US then your PDF will be set up on a US Letter (279.4mm x 215.9mm) sized document.

BOTH PRINTABLE & DIGITAL INVITATION
You will receive:
- 1x High Resolution JPG for you to send your Invitation out digitally to friends and family via text, email or Facebook.
AND
- 1x High Resolution PDF set up with 2 Invitations per page, complete with crop marks so you are able to print these onto an A4 (297mm x 210mm) size sheet and cut out.
*If you are from the US then your PDF will be set up on a US Letter (279.4mm x 215.9mm) sized document.


*PLEASE NOTE*
- The finished size of the Invitation once cut out is 120mm x 173mm which will fit into a 5x7 (12.7cm x 17.8cm) sized envelope.
- There are NO changes to the size of the Invitations once purchased.
- If you would like them a different size please contact me FIRST before purchasing, otherwise they will be the size listed above.
- If you are uploading your Invitation for printing ONLINE via Officeworks or Vistaprint I can also design the Invitation to meet their specs and sizing, but again please contact me FIRST before purchasing, otherwise they will be the size listed above.


:: THE PROCESS ::

- Upon checkout put the wording details (as above) in the Personalisation section.
- The turnaround time for your proof is 8 hours from receiving your order.
- The file is designed and then sent via etsy conversation to you.
- Check the design for spelling and design errors. If no changes are needed then please message me back and let me know that everything is approved and you are happy to go ahead.
- If you do need changes there are 2 revision proofs before you will need to purchase additional proofs.
- Once file is approved there are NO further changes.
- Upon approval you will receive an email with the final files attached.


:: INSTRUCTIONS ::

Upon purchase, please include the following:
- Name
- Age
- Date of Party
- Time (Start & Finish if you prefer)
- Location & Address
- RSVP Date and Contact Information
- Any additional information you would like included (ie Dress Code)


:: PRINTING TIPS ::

- The file is optimised for CMYK colour printing for best quality results.
- The finished Invitation size is 120mm x 173mm which is perfect for a 5x7 envelope.
- Please note I have included a 5mm bleed on all final PDF products to ensure the printing extends to the very edge of the paper.
- If printing from the PDF choose ‘actual size’ to keep the designed size and avoid ‘fit to page’.
- For a more professional result, you can take your PDF on a USB to your local printer.
- Otherwise to save on printing and postage costs you can email or send via Facebook the JPG image to your guests.
- The card stock I would recommend is a matte smooth stock in bright white or a slightly textured white cardstock (I definitely recommend test printing beforehand). This all definitely depends on the look you are going for. Something in the range of 200-300gsm thickness would be preferable.
