She didn’t communicate with me, she closed the item later on after I paid for it, never gave me a refund, just terrible service overall, I paid 20 dollars and waiting weeks for my order. I don’t know what else to say to express my discouragement.

I never received my purchase or refunded. The seller took 2 weeks to initially reply which was sent about 2 weeks after estimated delivery. Which they claimed to have not sent because I have and American address but never looked at the order as I actually had a Japanese address. Their customer service is terrible and they haven't replied since mid August. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller for service alone but also you may never receive your purchase or a refund.

Hi Kayla. I explained to you already in private message that I left Okinawa, JP in July (3rd week) and moved to another country. My family and I went through three quarantines (6 weeks) before we could finally reach our destination. It was very difficult, the last quarantine facility didn’t have internet for people. I’ve refunded your payment today. I checked my account as soon as I got a better internet connection and responded to my buyers’ messages. We weren’t expecting that the quarantine process would be horrible and would take us almost two months to finally stay in our new home. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, it wasn’t my intention. I shipped my buyers orders before this pandemic. It’s been very difficult for everybody that was badly affected by this.

I was hoping that these capsules would assist me in losing some weight. I haven't lost a pound. I am still the same weight as before. I guess I will just have to continue eating healthy and double up on exercise.
