Concrete is breakable so we do our very best to securely package every individual item for shipping. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please send us a picture of the damage within 1-2 days and we will refund your purchase. Due to current difficulties submitting/receiving damage claims with USPS, we are offering refunds only on shipping damage.

Estimated shipping times are listed in the description of each individual item. You will also see this information in your receipt of purchase. Please note, these times are estimates only and depend on multiple factors such as our current volume of orders and USPS processing, etc. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out in a private message to us!

All messages will be responded to during regular business hours of Monday-Friday. 9 am - 5 pm. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We typically do not immediately respond to messages sent on the weekend, as this time is reserved for our family.

Every item in our shop is individually handmade in our workshop in Grand Haven, Michigan.

We suggest you contact your local USPS with your tracking information right away. We are not responsible for items once they are shipped out, including lost or stolen packages, orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and/or prolonged delays by USPS.

Concrete pieces may be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Please note, certain oils and substances may stain the surface. Our products are NOT dishwasher/microwave safe.
