How do you darken your titanium rings?

99% of these questions comes from fellow ring makers on Etsy. And my answer to you is: buy a ring and examine it :) Obviously I can not tell you exactly how this is made. This is a process that I have developed and improved over time. It is not paint, and it will not scratch off! Actually it hardens the surface of the titanium. It is not 100% concistent so sometimes you will see some imperfections (patina) and the color will also vary to some extent. I try to display the rings in the photos as accurate as possible.

Will the ring get scratches?

All rings will show signs of wear after a period of use. One thing to consider when looking at sandblasted rings is that they are more easily scratched because of the porous surface. Please keep this in mind and protect the ring or take it of while doing home choirs or when at work. Often I can refurbish your ring and give it a new surface, just contact me in this case.

Please check your size at several jewelers before placing an order. Do not trust only one store for the sizing. And don't try to measure the finger yourself, it will fail 100% of the time. Titanium rings can't be resized. If your ring doesn't fit I offer to make a new one for half the price, if you send back the original ring to me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Please note that I do not do gift wrapping. You really don't want me to do that. It's not one of my talents. And I always have to send the order cornfirmation (with the price) with the ordered piece, this is becuase of customs regulations. That being said, of course I try to present the piece you have purchased in the best possible way. You will recieve it in a suitable box and gift bag!

The ring is made with a polished interior and beveled edges to ensure a comfortable wear. Bague homme.

All my rings are made by hand, by me, here in Sweden.
I do not use any automatic or computer controlled machines, all my rings are shaped by hand and made to order. I don't keep rings on stock.
I can easily change the thickness and width to your desire, please leave me a note on what specifications you would like if it differs from the above. If you have any suggestions for customizations please don't hesitate to contact me.
