Yes, but for production purposes you have to order a minimum of 1 lb., depending on wire gauge/size. Contact us with any questions.

Can orders be combined in one package?

Sorry, but we can't combine your orders after you check out. Just check out with ALL items at one time. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

We ship to the address you entered during checkout. If you entered the wrong address, please message us asap via the ETSY conversation system. As a courtesy, we can usually make the address change if you let us know in time BEFORE an order ships, but we cannot guarantee it. The best way to insure your order ships to the correct address is to enter it during checkout. If a package is returned because you entered the wrong address or for "unknown recipient", you will have to repay shipping charges for us to re-ship it.

Do you accept credit / debit cards?

Payment is handled through ETSY's Direct Checkout. The system accepts credit cards, PayPal and ETSY Gift Cards. We have no access to your payment information, please contact ETSY support for any questions.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my package

In the occasion that this happens, please contact your local USPS with your tracking information. We don't have any more information than you do, about where your package is. Once we ship it, it's in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over it. We see the same tracking as you do. Since they have your package, they should be able to help you locate it. If you still have not received your package please contact us and we can file a trace with the USPS. We'll be glad to work with you as much as possible to help you locate your package. However, we do not replace or refund the value of items in packages that show delivered.
