If you have given final approval of a sample to move to production, there can be no cancellation. Grommet Covers may be returned at customer expense IN UNOPENED PACKAGE ONLY. Used covers are non returnable.

Processing Times/Shipping

Orders for Grommet Covers are shipped in about 1-3 business days. ALL OTHER CUSTOM ORDERS are shipped in about 10-15 business days (ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED FINAL/PROOF OR SAMPLE - PLAN ON ABOUT 3 WEEKS TOTAL TURNAROUND).***SOMETIMES ORDERS CAN TAKE LONGER THAN THE ABOVE STATED TIMES DEPENDING ON DEMAND OR IF YOU MAKE ORDER CHANGES. Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the USA. Options for expedited shipping upgrades are available during checkout but DO NOT expedite processing times. International shipping charges are estimated. You will be contacted at the time of shipping if any additional amount is due.

PRINTED LABELS will have small cut marks on the edges of the labels where they are heat cut - if you do not want to see the cut mark, you should go with end folds or a center fold label where the cut marks will be at the cut edge that is enclosed in a seam.

ALSO A NOTE OF IMPORTANCE: Colors shown on monitors can vary due to monitor settings. It is suggested that you print out your original artwork to make sure what you are submitting to us is in the correct colors. When we print your labels, your colors may have a softer appearance due to the printing on fabric NOT paper.

A note about caring for your labels: ALL PRINTED labels will have eventual fading. Just as any printed fabric or any printed label would. If you intentionally abuse, use bleach or whiteners, you will having fading sooner. If you need a label that needs to be heavily laundered then you should choose a woven label as these are made from polyester threads which will not fade. All our labels can be Dry Cleaned. Self Adhesive labels should not be washed as it will break down the adhesive and will no longer stick securely.

We are a small WAHM/family owned clothing label company that decided to go out on our own and cater to smaller companies that don't need large minimums. We have a small weaving and printing outfit and work together with another small studio to print orders for each other. Therefore, processing times are about 2-3 weeks for labels once you approve the final proof/sample because of weaving time and for ink to cure before we can run the labels through cutting and folding machines. It's a process, so please bear with us :)******Sometimes orders can take a little longer depending on demand. Every single order is important to us and we are perfectionists!

A note about cotton printed labels

We purchase our cotton from a discount supplier in order to offer small quantity orders of these labels. The weave can vary from order to order, but each order will be the same. If you have a preference as to "heavy" or "thin" plain weave or Herringbone weave, just let us know and we will try to accommodate. Thanks!

This listing is for our high quality, 80 Denier, polyester WOVEN PATCHES. These differ a bit from raised embroidery patches that are stitched onto a base fabric since the entire patch design is woven into a heavy fabric which makes for an extremely durable patch. Weaving also works well for some detailed artwork that cannot be embroidered. May be washed frequently and even bleached.

- Patches are produced using YOUR PROVIDED ARTWORK IN PDF, JPG or PNG FORMAT.
- Up to a max of 8 colors in your design.
- Patches can measure a maximum of 3.5" wide x 3.5" tall. (Larger sizes are custom quoted - please message us for a quote)
- Merrowed edge (stitched edging) may be applied to simple shapes. Intricate edge shapes are die cut/laser cut so the patches do not fray.
- Backing Options: Sew On - Iron On - Velcro© Brand Hook and Loop portion included.
- Metallic thread colors available (NOT CPSIA COMPLIANT).
- We use the Pantone Solid Coated color deck to match thread colors. We do not guarantee an exact match, but get as close as possible. If you are unsure of your colors, we will try to match as best we can for you. Please keep in mind that monitor settings can effect colors.

WHEN YOU ORDER: Please upload your digital artwork layout to us in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format and leave the patch measurement and Pantone Solid Coated color numbers if you know them.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS IN PLACE: And we have received your artwork, we will provide a digital proof of setup for you to confirm before weaving the actual patch for you to view and approve online before production. This is done so that you can be sure of how your patch looks once woven and give the final OK!
