A hand-painted house or location painting, on an acid-free, coldpress, 140lb, professional watercolor paper. The composition and look the house will be directly painted and non-altered, but given the artistic element and free-hand illustration, it will be uniquely and beautifully imperfect. If you would like a print of your custom painting just let me know and I can get those made for you, prints are in a separate listing and may add a few days to the delivery time.

[what I need from you]
Upon ordering, please email the [PHOTO] you want painted to JuliesLittleArtShop [!at] gmail.com. I will confirm receipt of the photo and begin painting your home! If there are any small details desired, please send them in an additional photo. Picture does not include pets or people in front of the location. I can simplify surroundings of the house, but if a specific element is important, please let me know. Communication is open at all times!

Current turn-around time for completion of painting is 2-3 weeks. Each painting will be securely packaged and sealed in a flat board mailer. You will receive a notification from ETSY when the painting has shipped, providing you with a tracking number.

I am obsessed with the painting that Julie made for me of my sisters wedding venue. She was super quick to reply to any messages that I sent her and she was really detailed oriented around what I did and did not want in the painting. When I gave it to my sister and brother in law they got it framed and hung it right away! Such a fabulous gift to give or to get one done for yourself!
