3D printed disclaimer

Due to the nature of 3d printing technology there may be some small clean up to do on the prints when you get them, I try to minimise this for you but it depends on the type of print quality you want at the end. Due to the technology there may be some visible layer lines in the print, I print at 0.2mm nozzle so these are minimal but still are there. They are more pronounced if you use a wash over the top. If you want a really smooth surface you will need to sand the parts down to achieve this. 3d printed parts can be sanded, glued (I recommend super glue) and painted with ease, I do recommend a primer coat first if you are painting the items, just helps the paint bond better. NOTE:
I print on Prusa I3 MK3s printers so the quality is great compared to other printers and I will always try to achieve a really good print.
However due to the nature of the technology and 3D printing there may be some visible imperfections or layer lines depending on the model, I do what I can to minimise these but they will be there.
You are able to sand and file down prints to achieve a smoother finish if required before painting or you can just paint straight away.
I always recommend an undercoat before painting to help the paint adhere better to the printed parts.
