Gemstone jewellery should never be exposed to water. Gemstones can be porous and absorb water leading to cracking and degradation of the setting. If your piece is mistakenly worn in water we can repair in most cases but a small fee may be required along with buyer covering shipping costs.

Please measure your finger carefully. We use standard US ring sizes, and have sizes 4-13 including half sizes in stock. However, we can make any size by custom order. Lead time for custom ring sizes can be an additional 1-10 business days at no additional charge. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Custom sized rings cannot be returned or exchanged unless the return or exchange is due to a defect.

We use a batch shipping method for our standard shipping to Canada and US destinations. This means that tracking will not begin until our shipping company receives your order to their warehouse. Not to worry though, your order will still arrive within our estimated delivery window (we've built time in for the entire journey!)

We do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings as we cannot guarantee their cleanliness upon return. We do accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings if the return or exchange is due to manufacturer's defect or error. We do accept returns and exchanges on pierced earrings where required by law (ex. EU).

Unfortunately we do not accept forced returns. We will gladly reship the item to you for the cost of postage only.

The ability to hallmark gold and silver items requires a legal trademark and registration in Canada which is unfortunately costly for a small shop. We do not directly hallmark, however we do use components that have been quality stamped by the manufacturer. We purchase our 14k gold and silver wire, sheet & components from reputable jewellery wholesale and/or directly from the refinery. We are able to provide raw material photos, process videos and/or receipts showing the providence of our raw materials. Our reputation is important to us and we stand behind what we craft.
