When you order a pendant from me, you will receive the exact version shown in the first picture. If you'd like to relocate the heart to a different spot, please mention it in your order. If you prefer a pendant without a heart, you can also specify that in your order.

2. Pendant Size.
If you wish to adjust the pendant size, it is possible within a reasonable range :). Please describe your preference in your order.

3.Necklace Length.
You can choose from the available sizes or specify your desired length in the order. The chain can be of any size up to 24 inches.

4. Is it possible to speed up the delivery?
I ship all over the world and it is always the FASTEST shipping method available, delivery times are always described when finalizing the order.

Please remember that during holiday periods, delivery times may be extended, and unfortunately, I have no control over that. Companies such as USPS, Royal Mail, and others often experience small pre-holiday issues that may prevent me from guaranteeing on-time delivery.
