A wedding globe makes a perfect creative alternative to a guestbook. All the people who love you most can sign the globe, and you can keep it to display in your home to remind you of the happiness of your wedding celebration.

After many of you requested extra large globes for weddings with a lot of guests attending, I've found a limited source of HUGE XL 16" diameter globes. There are a limited number of them, so if you want one don't wait too long.

This listing is for one 16" diameter wedding globe. The round ball of the globe is 16" in diameter and is hand painted with the ocean one color and the continents another color. The quote or names are hand lettered to match the base.

You choose the colors to match the color scheme of your wedding, and if you need help with the designing process just let me know! I can talk with you, look at your Pinterest board, or use photos of other elements of your wedding to match colors for your globe.

2. Continents color (or leave the countries exposed)
3. Base/stand color (gold, silver, rose gold, copper, oil-rubbed bronze, white, and black currently available, or I can find another color if you have one in mind)

5. What lettering you want on the globe (Names and wedding date, a quote, song lyrics, or a Bible verse that you want lettered on the globe – 15 words or less looks best on the globes, but longer quotes can sometimes be accommodated if you check with me first to make sure they'll fit)
6. Font layout, e.g.

7. Color of markers, if applicable (black, gold, and silver currently available)
8. Which sign design you would like, if applicable (see the second to last listing photo for available designs with design numbers)

ADD-ON OPTIONS:

If you would like to include markers to sign the globe with, there is an option to add 4 markers for an additional $10. Please specify the color of markers (black, gold, and silver available).

There is also an option to include a sign inviting your wedding guests to sign your globe. All signs are 8.5”x11” and come printed on card stock with a satin finish. They will be shipped in the same box with your globe. Please specify which sign design you would like. See the second to last listing photo for available options. ***PLEASE NOTE: signs come exactly as shown, and designs/colors are not customizable***

The globe is hand painted with acrylic paint, gold/silver leaf paint, and spray paint, and sealed with a clear coat to protect the paint.

All globes and supplies are sourced in the USA, and we upcycle for sustainability wherever possible.

Many of these globes are vintage or repurposed items, so there may be small imperfections, but overall they are of high quality. Some of the globes may be topographical, so there will be raised portions where the mountains are. The 16" globes were once used in schools, so there is a small round hole in the base where they were mounted to desks (as seen in first photo). They also may have an indented ridge around the equator. They're sourced from someone who has combed through many schools looking for only globes in good condition, so they're in great shape.

Because they are hand painted, there will be brush strokes as there would be on a painted canvas.

This size globe holds approximately 400 signatures.
