POSTCARDS are sold in a mix-n-match format. Postcard front designs are sold separately, with an add-on option for a custom postcard back. If you need a postcard back, you must add it to your purchase.
All printables and digital downloads are the size listed and for the stated use only, as detailed in each listing. Original source files will not be provided to you, your print shop or your graphic designer. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have questions.

While I love custom creations, I will not copy another person's work exactly. In many cases it is copyrighted. I am happy to pull together different design elements to make an original design for you.

An instant download is available to you right away. I have no way to make changes to it before you receive it. As stated on all of my listings, if you want any design customized you must contact me with your request prior to purchase, and I will direct you to place a custom order rather than an instant download. I love custom designs, so please message me!

If the listing says "Instant Download" on the top right of the listing photo or "Instant Digital Download" in the Overview area next to the "Add to Your Cart" button, you are purchasing a download file of the graphic design only. As stated in each listing, no physical product will be created/shipped for digital products.

If your purchase includes a custom/personalized design with a proof, your proof will be sent to you via Etsy messages. DO NOT rely on email notices, as some email servers will filter Etsy emails. You must login to Etsy to view and respond to messages there.
Please make sure your Etsy emails are not going to spam/bulk AND that you login on Etsy and check your messages regularly.
If no response is received within 48 hours after the proof is sent, it is assumed the design is acceptable and the order will be finalized. Any further changes will require an additional order.

No. When you purchase a printable or download from the RE Digital Assist shop, you are purchasing the use rights only. You are not purchasing commercial rights or ownership of the design. You may not take a design you purchased from RE Digital Assist Etsy Shop and create new products with the design. All printables and downloads are for stated use only as detailed in each listing. Design files will not be sent to your graphic designer or print shop. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have questions.

I can create a custom design for you with your printer's specifications, but you must request a custom order prior to purchase.
Each printer has their own specification for sizing, file type, uploading and printing. If you plan to use an online/local print store, please double-check their specific requirements prior to purchasing.
If you purchase a ready-made, instant download from the RE Digital Assist shop, you are assuming all responsibility to ensure that the specifications of the design are compatible with your needs and printing requirements.
I cannot be responsible for specifications that are specific to your printer or a third party print shop you select.

Etsy buyer policy states the buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping/delivery information when ordering. As such, I can only deliver/ship to the address/email provided and cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping/delivery information supplied from the buyer.
Items will not be intercepted, re-sent, re-shipped or refunded by RE Digital Assist due to an incorrect address/email supplied with the order. Etsy gives you a few chances to review your information when placing an order. Please double-check your order carefully before submitting.

Please check the item description if you are ordering a personalized and/or customized design. You will find details there about if a proof will be sent. You may not add a proof request to your order in the seller notes. These requests will not be honored on items that do not include a proof, and the order will be processed as stated in the item description without a proof.

No. All information, photos and logos must be submitted at the time of order. I encourage you to double-check your text and verify the photo and logo files submitted are correct.

Unfortunately, any changes to a finalized design/order require a start from scratch. Any changes that need to be made after the order has been delivered will require a new order. Thank you for respecting my time.
