Once a design has been agreed on ( in etsy conversation ) we will make a custom listing for you. Once you have purchased we will start creating it and will send regular updates and photos until you are happy with your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

As our items are reasonably bulky and often fragile we package for safe delivery rather than appearance. Please unpack your item carefully, it may be wrapped round and round with bubble wrap and may also be in a box within a box. If your item has been unfortunately damaged in transit get in touch as soon as you can and we will arrange for its return. A full refund will be issued for the original cost and both sets of postage.
