You treat silver or gold plate like you would sterling silver:

-Keep jewelry dry.
-Do NOT use wet polishing cloths or dips.
-When not being worn store in air tight bag to lengthen life of jewelry.
-If tarnish develops use a dry silver polishing cloth.

All items are shipped for free using USPS first class. All items will be shipped same or following business day (depending of time of purchase). Most items shipped first class USPS arrive in 2-5 days.

I can change the length of anklets, bracelets, necklaces, and lanyards.
To request a custom length:
1) Add item to cart
2) In your cart under the item total you will see a text box labeled “Add note to By Brenda Elaine”
3) Just type in what length you want and place order

Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.
