Since all of our products are made to order, we only accept exchanges on damaged goods. With the exception of human error; if we have made a mistake in sending you the wrong size, design or color of shirt you ordered, we will be happy to do an exchange and we will pay for all the shipping costs. Unfortunately, if you have made an error in the ordering process, such as ordering the incorrect size, we cannot refund or exchange the item. Do not hesitate to ask me questions if there is anything you need help with. Please refer to the size charts and measurements before purchasing. All refunds are minus shipping costs. Custom designed and personalized products are final sale with no exchange or refund.
