Help! My Item was Delivered but it's Missing or Lost in Transit!

Delivered: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their order is being delivered to a safe place. If you believe the item is stolen, file a police report, contact your mail carrier, and check with neighbors. I do not refund lost-but-delivered mail. Lost in Transit: I expect USPS to do their job; therefore, I don't actively monitor shipped packages. Let me know ASAP. We'll proceed from there and try to resolve it within 48 hrs. :) I do not personally give refunds on lost in transit mail, but will replace items.

Care instructions are on the tag. Mockup model is 5.7 feet (175 cm) tall wearing size S, waist circumference 27.1" (69 cm) and hip circumference 37.7" (96 cm). I am 5 feet tall wearing size XS, 25.5", with 28" hips and I prefer wearing skirts at my lower ribs. Wash before first wear. Double check sizing before ordering, specifically your hips against the waist measurement. I suggest using your favorite shirt for reference, too, if possible. The measurements are the total circumference of the skirts in the chart image. The waistband must be able to fit over your widest hip measurement.
