I can't download my crochet pattern pack?

The crochet pattern pack is not instant download. When purchasing a crochet pattern pack you need to leave in the notes to seller which patterns you would like. Then I will email them within 24 hours to the address on file unless stated otherwise in the notes.

Where do I find my pattern I just purchased?

If you go to your purchases on etsy you can download it there. There is a great tutorial here https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

How do I purchase a doll?

I only offer dolls every few months. You can find them in the dolls section of my shop. I do not take custom orders and I do not sell them regularly. Please contact me if you need to purchase one before that time.

What level of experience do I need for your patterns?

You should definitely be familiar with crochet terms. My patterns are not recommended for a beginner. some beginners catch on very well but please ask me which pattern will be the best for a beginner. I am not available to assist beginners as readily as I would like to so please ask before purchase!

Are your patterns available in other languages?

My patterns are only available in english. This information is listed in the listing details of each pattern.

I need to return a doll, Can I do that?

There is information on returns in the shop policies. You will get your full refund minus $6.50. The $6.50 is a restocking fee. If the item is being returned due only to a change of mind, i will charge this fee in the refund. This is charged because of fees from etsy for relisting the item, having to wait until it sells again causes fees from etsy, as well as the loss from potential buyers not seeing the item.

I can not download my pattern or where to find the download

You can not download files from the etsy app. If you are using a device that has the etsy app on it, the app will block any links from email. Please download from the internet browser on your device and deny the app from opening, sign out of the app or use a pc to download your files.

I recommend it as an intermediate pattern. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow if you know the basic stitches and techniques used to make amigurumi . The PDF file includes pictures to help you along. Written using U.S crochet terms.

Great pattern ! I used it for my customers request for a Husky for her daughter as she goes off to college. Pattern was easy to follow. I used Premier Basix yarn with 3.5 mm hook. Dog was about 12” tall.
