All items will be posted 2nd class signed UK post and tracked post overseas. Excluding orders with free uk shipping wich will be shipped 2nd class standard.

Tracking number will be sent to the purchaser allowing delivery of the package to be monitored.

If any said item fails to arrive with the recipient The unique code will allow the package to be traced to the last postal depot.
Locating the item is the buyers responsibility so long as the item has passed threw there local sorting office.
It will then be up to the buyer to take up the case with their local depot.

If said item has failed to arrive safely at the buyers local sorting office then I will track the item from my side and issue a replacement a.s.a.p and take up the issue with my local postal office.

Returns are accepted when the fault in the item is due to manufacture.

I endeavour to package all goods safely to withstand the brute that is Royal Mail.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me a.s.a.p and provide a image of the damaged goods and packaging.

I will issue a replacement within 2 working days allowing me time to remake the item.
