Where do you ship your products from?

All our products are made in China. China is known as the Kingdom of Bamboo because it has the most bamboo of any country in the world. Before paper was invented, strips of bamboo were the most important writing medium.

How do I dispose of my brush after use?

You can pop the toothbrush handle itself into a compost bin and it will turn into soil after approximately only 6 months. Please note: you will have to use pliers to remove the bristles, these can be recycled in the usual way you would recycle plastics.

Why are your bristles made of nylon?

There is only one way to make bristles good enough for your teeth using natural products. This is by using either pig or badger hair, Nylon seems like the better alternative...

What is your return policy?

If your product is faulty, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please email us at hello@bambooclub.co For hygenic reasons, unless there is a fault with the brush, we do not accept returns.
