Is there a restocking fee if items are refunded or exchanged?

Yes, it is a $5 fee for each item. Contact me in writing prior to your return. You must provide a carrier tracking number for the return package in order to qualify for a refund. Returns sent without prior notification are disqualified for a refund per Etsy policy.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We don’t not accept returns for items that may have arrived damaged during shipping. Only damage items maybe possibly replaced. When this happens email/contact us within 3 days of arrival and we will work with you on a individual bases.
