What is a Personal Use License?

A Personal Use License should be purchased if you are going to be using the graphics for crafts, clothing, invitations, tattoos, etc. and you will be using them personally for yourself. Meaning no resell of the items to earn a profit of any kind or that leads to any income of any kind. See definition of commercial use.

What is a Commercial Use License?

This license should be purchased if you plan on profiting in any way from any item with the graphic or use of the graphic digitally or permanently. The legal definition is: In practice, the term is equivalent to income-generating use of any kind, whether direct or indirect. If you use content for general research, even if not for any specific purpose, and you or your organization generates income, that counts as commercial use. So does using content for pro-bono work (meaning "for the public good", or working for free), if it also enhances your reputation or leads to income generating work in any way whatsoever. When in doubt, ask to make sure you are covered. I do monitor the use of my graphics.

How many uses come with each license?

Once you make a purchase, you have an unlimited number of uses.

Merry Mushroom was a widely used pattern for dishes and other kitchenware. You could find clocks, planters, canisters and much more. It is a simple rendering that has all the nostalgia of the 70's and 80's combined. It is a favorite of mine when collecting.
